Handle lock and release controls are located on top of the 40" spring-loaded handle. Handle can be locked into any position from vertical to horizontal. Cycle tested design for a long life of professional duty. Ideal size for lifting step vans, bucket trucks and smaller work vehicles. Meets all 5 ASME PASE-2019 safety standards for service jacks.
